The Zuni River Basin of New Mexico Water Rights Adjudication is being conducted in United States vs. A&R Productions, et al case. The proceedings of the case include legal filings, hearings, trials and/or judgments in the on-going conduct of the lawsuit. The main proceeding is Case Number 01cv00072-BB. For management of the lawsuit, sub proceedings will be initiated to address specific components of the lawsuit. Subproceeding 1 has been established to address the Zuni Indian Claims (Case Number 07cv00681-BB); others will follow as determined by the court.
